Cancellation Policy

Roadtreck allows customers to cancel orders under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Eligibility
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact Roadtreck customer service immediately at roadtreckshopcs@proton.me with your order number and request for cancellation. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.

Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping charges, if any, will also be refunded for orders canceled prior to shipping.

Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Customers wishing to return shipped orders should follow the Return and Refund Policy.

Changes to This Policy
Roadtreck reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
