Eligibility for Returns
Products purchased from Roadtreck may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been customized or used improperly. Any product that is returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact Roadtreck customer service at roadtreckshopcs@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for returning the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error by Roadtreck.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or replacement, please contact customer service at roadtreckshopcs@proton.me. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify Roadtreck immediately at roadtreckshopcs@proton.me. We will provide instructions for returning the product and ensure a replacement or full refund is issued.

International Returns
For customers outside our primary operating jurisdiction, please note that return shipping costs and customs duties may apply. Roadtreck is not responsible for additional fees incurred during international returns.
